Bold Mind Challenge: Break the Overthinking Loop in 3 Days
Brain Science. Biblical Truth. Bold Action. A live, guided challenge for Latino leaders, CEOs, and entrepreneurs stuck circling the same bold move. Here's what happened in the room.

The Arc
Three days. One clear structure.
Naming the Freeze
We named the loop and the specific freeze pattern running it, using NeuroCultura and the four freeze patterns. Participants learned the 80% rule (most of what your mind tells you isn't fact) and practiced the Truth Test, the tool that separates what's true from what's fear.
Building the Execution Structure
Participants built their 90-day map: one bold goal, three priority actions, one named obstacle. Then guided mental rehearsal, a full sensory visualization of executing, so the nervous system had already been there before the real moment.
Execute
Each goal was broken down to a single 60-second first step, small enough that the nervous system couldn't talk anyone out of it. The cohort left with their Stuck Protocol, and a Bold Declaration said out loud, in community.
Testimonial
In her own words.
"I truly needed to learn everything you shared. One of the biggest gifts was realizing that I'm not alone in what I've been experiencing. Learning that so many of the emotions and challenges I've felt actually have a name, and more importantly, a solution, brought me so much comfort and clarity. Thank you for taking it upon yourself to teach this level of leadership and personal development. This knowledge is so needed in our communities, especially for parents who are striving to heal, grow, and lead their families well."
Be transformed by the renewing of your mind.
More From The Room
What the English cohort left with.
"Those concrete numbers, 80% of thoughts being a lie, I was like, no wonder I feel in the loop. No wonder I'm not executing."
— Challenge Participant
"I had a realization that hiding behind my perfectionism, control, and wound freeze was actually my visibility freeze. There's something deeper there."
— Challenge Participant
"I'm not the only one who has these thoughts about procrastination or overthinking. Just cutting it out and getting it done."
— Challenge Participant
"Yesterday I picked something to take action on and I have my plan with steps. I love when I get clear instructions because I have a clear direction."
— Challenge Participant
"I just need to do the thing."
— Annia Mercado
"I forgot that most of my thoughts are a lie."
— Challenge Participant
"Something came up for me: I plant the seed and they tend the garden. I don't have to do it all. I'm just here to inspire and show up in my leadership that way."
— Challenge Participant
"My goal is to plan and schedule my content for the month. I have over 100 blog posts and playbooks but haven't shared anything because of my own mental blocks. My shift is just ignoring my aversion and taking the first small step."
— Challenge Participant
"Remove one distraction before starting each work session so I can stay focused and consistent."
— Challenge Participant
"I'm not the only one facing this challenge."
— Challenge Participant
